Who We Are

Kabod Chapel is a parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG). 

This is a place where God is raising champions and winners that are earmarked to make positive impact in this generation to the glory of God alone. This is a place where we encourage ourselves via God’s word even as we desire to be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. By the grace of God and through the help of the Holy Spirit, we are committed to help people grow to maturity in the image of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

To help with equipping believers to grow in Christ, there are opportunities to serve in the Prayer, Sunday School, Evangelism, Children’s Church and Follow-up departments. Please do let us know if God is laying it in your heart to put your hands to work in His vineyard. It is our prayer that the power and the glory of God will start to flow in greater measures through you as avail yourself the opportunity to serve in God’s house. 

RCCG Mission Statement  

  1. To make heaven.
  2. To take as many people as possible with us.
  3. To have a member of RCCG in every family of all nations.
  4. To accomplish No. 1 above, holiness will be our lifestyle.
  5. To accomplish No. 2 and 3 above, we will plant churches within five minutes walking distance in every city and town of developing countries and within five minutes driving distance in every city and town of developed countries.
  6. We will pursue these objectives until every Nation in the World is reached for Jesus Christ our Lord.

RCCG Kabod Chapel Mission Statement

  1. We believe that we have been created to give glory to God in whatever we do. Isaiah 43:7.
  2. We strongly believe in reaching out to our community through the preaching of God’s word, love and compassion. Mark 16:15; John 13:34; Matthew 14:14; Acts 4:32
  3. We believe that God has called us as good stewards to use His gifts in our lives to serve the church, our community and ultimately to bring glory to His name. 1Peter 4:10
  4. We strongly believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit without whom none of the statements 1-4 above would be possible. Acts 2:4.
  5. We believe that there is one Lord, one faith and one baptism. Ephesians 4:5
